“We already said that this game would be important for us because it concerns a direct rival,” Corini has told reporters in his pre-match Press conference.
“We come into the game with anger after having not picked up points for what we were able to produce in the last round.
“This has to transform into positive energy for us against an Empoli team that’s been playing for three years together, that has a great culture of tactics and who’s agility and speed are its best weapons.
“It will be a fundamental game for the campaign, even if we’re only a few games into the season.”
