Udinese pushed Sudtirol aside 3-1 with a Rolando Mandragora brace to secure their spot in the Fourth Round of the Coppa Italia, where they will face Bologna.

It took quite a while for Igor Tudor’s men to get going against the Serie C outfit, as Mandragora and Ignacio Pussetto skimmed the woodwork, while Kevin Lasagna’s goal was ruled offside.

Lasagna did break the deadlock when running on to a Rodrigo De Paul through ball to beat the goalkeeper one-on-one in the second half.

Seko Fofana went close and Sudtirol were unlucky not to equalise with Casiraghi thumping the post, but it was only a warning, as moments later they did score through Morosini’s right-foot curler.

It didn’t last long, as Mandragora’s strike on an Opoku assist restored Udinese’s lead and the midfielder completed his brace with a left-foot finish after Mato Jajalo’s cheeky dummy.
