The dates for the first legs of the Coppa Italia semi-finals have been confirmed, with JuventusInter on April 4 and Cremonese-Fiorentina on April 5, leading to some Serie A changes.

The semi-final is the only stage in the competition that is played over two legs, as all the others are one-off games decided on the night after 90 minutes, extra time or even penalties.

The Derby d’Italia opens the round at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin on Tuesday April 4 at 20.00 UK time.

Cremonese then host Fiorentina on Wednesday April 5, also at 20.00 UK time, after causing two shocks by eliminating Napoli and Roma.

The second legs have not yet been confirmed.

However, these do prompt a change to the existing Serie A fixtures for Week 28.

Cremonese-Atalanta, Inter-Fiorentina and Juventus-Verona will be brought forward to Saturday April 1, respectively at 14.00, 17.00 and 19.45 UK time.
