“On Friday morning, before the final of the Coppa Italia, a delegation of players and Coaches from Fiorentina and Napoli, and the referees for the match, as well as the leaders of the FIGC and Serie A will receive an audience with Pope Francis,” a statement from the Vatican City read.
The 77-year-old is known as a big football fan, supporting Argentine side San Lorenzo.
