The Corriere dello Sport report that this number has already been reached in ticket sales to each side’s supporters for May 3’s final, to be hosted at the Stadio Olimpico.
Remaining tickets go on general sale today, but with capacity set at 60,000 and 5,000 set for League dignitaries, it is speculated that those still available will likely sell out in a matter of hours.
Next month’s final will be a first between Fiorentina and Napoli in the competition.
