Italy Under-21 international Monachello drew Atalanta level straight after the restart by meeting a Davide Brivio cross.
Estigarribia wasted another sitter and Udinese restored their lead through a powerful Stipe Perica header on Ali Adnan’s cross.
Iraqi wing-back Adnan was decisive again with a splendid cross for Di Natale, who completed his brace with an acrobatic volley from six yards.
Lucas Evangelista could’ve had a fourth goal late on.
