Cagliari’s new signing Duje Cop believes Serie A is one of the strongest leagues in the world, and names Ronaldo as his inspiration.
The 24-year-old has joined the Isolani from Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb, and spoke about his playing style at his official presentation.
“Essentially I’m a central striker,” Cop informed assembled media.
“But I’m also comfortable cutting in from the wing, I just want to get on the pitch.

“I come from Dinamo Zagreb, a team which is used to winning and being under pressure, so I don’t fear the difficulty of the Italian League, which I think is still one of the strongest in the world.
“My inspiration is Ronaldo. Not the Portuguese one, il Fenomeno.”
