Reports continue to suggest that Antonio Conte is going to ask Palermo’s Argentine striker Paulo Dybala to consider representing Italy.

The 21-year-old Cordoba-born forward has been in notable form in the opening months of this season and is attracting increasing transfer speculation.

Yesterday there was the suggestion that Italy’s CT was considering talking to the forward and today the Gazzetta dello Sport reiterate this.

They report that Conte’s scheduled visit to Palermo to take in their match with Parma will see him talk to Dybala to understand if he would be willing to represent the Azzurri at senior level.

The Rosanero youth has Polish origins and an Italian passport and has only been called up by Argentina at Under-17 and Under-20 level, turning down the latter call two years ago.
