Inter target Antonio Conte has declared that “I still have two years” left on his Chelsea contract and “I intend to respect it”.

Conte lifted the Premier League title in his first season with Chelsea and has the chance of a Double this weekend, in the FA Cup Final against Arsenal, and the Coach is only thinking about building a dynasty at Stamford Bridge, not deflecting to Inter.

“We’ll try to build something positive here, also because Chelsea are in transition as they’ve lost players who’ve made history at this club, and we’ll lose another in John Terry,” he told Premium Sport.

“For this reason, we’ll have to make the right decisions, laying solid foundations to build an important future. Winning the Premier League was a great success.

“There have been so many rumours about my players and I lately, but that’s normal.

“I still have two years [left on my contract] with Chelsea and I intend to respect my contract. I want to build something important for the future.

“The FA Cup Final? It’ll be a great emotion, although I’ve already felt the Wembley effect in the semi-final against Tottenham.

“It’ll be a great final, the FA Cup is very much felt here and we’ll try to win it.

“Signings? My past says I’ve always asked [for them], but they [former clubs] hardly satisfied me, so from that point of view, I have to improve. There are other very good Coaches, who get what they want.

“There’s always a reason for everything that happens in life. Now I’m here at Chelsea after two years with the national team. I’ve followed a path.”
