They will host Azerbaijan at the Stadio Barbera in Palermo on October 10 and visit Malta on October 13.
Conte is going to name his call-ups on Saturday evening at around 19.30 UK time (18.30 GMT), the players getting together at the Coverciano training ground on Sunday night.
The squad will fly to Palermo on Thursday October 9 and remain there to train until leaving for Malta on Sunday October 12.
