Constant had already passed his Rossoblu medical in previous weeks, so he's now officially a Genoa player.
The 24-year-old only arrived in Serie A last summer when he was signed from Chateauroux, initially on loan before he was grabbed outright for €750,000.
The Guinea international, who represented France at youth level, was also attracting the interest of Milan.
