Franco Colomba reveals he hasn’t been approached for the Palermo job “for now”.

The Rosanero are likely to be on the hunt for their seventh different Coach of the season, as Beppe Iachini has offered his resignation and didn’t take training this morning.

The former Parma boss has been named as one of his likely successors, along with Walter Novellino and Eugenio Corini, but insists he’d heard nothing so far.

“I’ve read my name linked with Palermo,” Colomba acknowledged in an interview with Calciomercato.

“There have been some rumours saying that. Let’s see. For now though I haven’t been contacted by the Sicilian club.

“Serie A is Serie A and Palermo are Palermo, so I’d have no problem.”
