The report claims versatile Garcia, who can play at right as well, could become available to the Azzurri and included in a possible deal to convince Napoli of selling Koulibaly.

President Aurelio De Laurentiis admitted the Senegalese defender could leave this summer but said Manchester City are one of the few clubs who can afford the player.

Garcia moved to Manchester City from Barcelona's academy in July 2017 and has recently been promoted to the first team at the Etihad Stadium, appearing 23 times for the Citizens.
