The Bianconeri are all-but out of the Champions League, having been thrashed 3-0 in the first leg of their Quarter-Final tie in Turin.

That means they must score at least three in Spain on Wednesday night to have any chance of going through.

“For long spells of the first leg we really deserved the equaliser, but instead we lost another two goals and had a man [Paulo Dybala] sent off,” Chiellini lamented, speaking to Juventus TV.

“We’re not crying about it though, and we go to Madrid with the desire to play a good game. In football and in life you never know…

“Then it would also be important to give a good signal in view of next year. The game is long and we’ll need balance, but it will also take a pinch of healthy madness from everyone.”
