Chelsea winger Lucas Piazon is already in Italy for his medical with bottom of the Serie A table Chievo.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 25-year-old Brazilian will have the tests tomorrow and complete the six-month loan deal by Thursday’s January transfer deadline.
Piazon has struggled for playing time ever since his €7.5m move to Chelsea in 2012, going out on loan to Malaga, Vitesse, Eintracht Frankfurt, Reading and Fulham.
