Dusan Vlahovic’s situation at Juventus continues to draw the attention of top clubs across Europe and Chelsea have become the latest side to register an interest in the struggling Serbian.

The 23-year-old has hit a rough patch in Turin and has been finding it difficult to find consistent form in front of goal for the Bianconeri since his move from Fiorentina for an initial €70 million transfer fee.

With the possibility of there being no Champions League football for Juve next season, it has been reported in the Italian press that the Old Lady could be tempted into cutting their losses on Vlahovic after just 18 months at the Allianz Stadium.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea could be in the market for a new centre-forward, despite the imminent return of Romelu Lukaku from his loan spell at Inter

The report suggests that Vlahovic would fit in with Chelsea’s recent spate of expensive new signings and certainly fits the club’s transfer policy in terms of age and profile.

There is however, also competition from Premier League table toppers Arsenal, as well as suggestions that Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are keeping an eye on the latest developments from Vlahovic’s camp.

It is also still a possibility that Juventus decide they want to keep Vlahovic beyond the end of this season and hope that he can recover his confidence and importantly, his form over the summer break.
