The representative of Napoli ace Edinson Cavani has dismissed suggestions of interest from Manchester United.

"This is the time of the year when it is normal to hear talk of transfers to big clubs for astronomical fees," Claudio Anellucci told Radio Sportiva on Thursday.

"The majority of the time there is nothing to them, as is the case with regards to a possible move to Manchester United for Edinson."

The Uruguayan international joined Napoli from Palermo last summer in a deal worth €17m in total.
