“The training retreat gave us the concentration we need at this moment and after tomorrow’s game we will go back into the retreat, because we’ve got three matches in eight days,” said the Coach in a Press conference.

“I do not agree with the idea we threw away the last two games. We simply didn’t put in our best performances and that is why we lost, but the race for safety is still wide open.

“We are fourth from bottom and believe in safety. Other than those two setbacks, we are confident that we can have our say in what’s sure to be a tough battle at the bottom of the table.

“Tomorrow we must prove ourselves and play with the mentality of Carpi. We know the dangers a fixture like this can hold.”
