Fabio Cannavaro has praised Napoli Coach Walter Mazzarri after the Partenopei's impressive start to the season.

“I hope Mazzarri stays at Napoli for a long time,” he told Sky Sport 24. “He has given the fans a lot of satisfaction.”

He also commented on the emergence of young striker Lorenzo Insigne and whether Napoli can challenge Juventus” data-scaytid=”8″>Juventus for the Scudetto.

“The championship is a long one. Napoli are a strong team, but you also have to consider Inter and Lazio” data-scaytid=”10″>Lazio. It will come down to who has the hunger to compete over the coming months.

“Insigne is a young, and I hope people give him time to grow,” Cannavro added. “ He arrived in the national team, and now he is being used sparingly. But he is a strong player, and will become one of the best.”
