Frosinone striker Joel Campbell hit back at those accusing him of faking an injury by posting a picture of his crutches.
The Costa Rica international was meant to play against Lazio this evening, but didn’t make the trip to the Stadio Olimpico.
He sprained his ankle in training, though some suggested on social media that it wasn’t that serious.
“I don’t know how people can think I’d invent an injury… you don’t play around with these situations,” wrote Campbell on Twitter.
