Mattia De Sciglio believes a “calmer atmosphere” is part of the reason for Milan’s upturn in form.

The Rossoneri have put together a three-game winning streak, culminating in Sunday’s impressive 3-1 win at Lazio.

“There’s a calmer atmosphere than before,” De Sciglio explained to Milan Channel.

“Winning helps you win. On Saturday [against Atalanta] we want to win again, recent successes have increased our team spirit.

“We’re better acquainted with the new arrivals, and we’re working to improve further.”

Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic was under pressure before the start of this winning run, but De Sciglio praises the Serbian’s work.

“He’s done so much work since the start of the season, he’s brought his ideas and his personality. He always gave the maximum, even in the difficult period.”
