Cagliari have officially sold midfielder Gianni Munari to his old club Parma.
The 33-year-old had 11 Serie A appearances this season, plus one in the Coppa Italia.
Munari already played for Parma in 2013-14, then had a loan spell at Watford before his move to Cagliari in July 2015.
That was as a free agent, because the club went bankrupt.
Parma have been reborn from the lowest professional division and are now working their way back up, currently in Lega Pro – the old Serie C1.
