Torino director Davide Vagnati will reportedly fly to London this week to negotiate Gleison Bremer’s possible move to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Brazilian centre-back has been named Serie A Defender Of The Season and is one of the hottest commodities in Serie A. Inter are reportedly in pole position to secure the player’s services, but the Nerazzurri must sell one of their defenders before knowing how much they can invest in a new signing in defence.

The best Serie A clubs are monitoring Bremer, including Juventus and Milan, but Italian clubs don’t seem to have the financial resources to persuade Torino to sell their star.

Antonio Conte’s Tottenham are also interested in the 25-year-old and according to Turin-based paper Tuttosport, club director Davide Vagnati will fly to London this week to negotiate with Fabio Paratici.

Contrary to Serie A clubs, Tottenham can match Torino’s asking price, which is between €30m and €40m. The Premier League side are on the lookout for a new centre-back and Bremer has become their priority after Alessandro Bastoni refused to listen to offers to leave Inter.

  1. Spurs should offer stupid money for him that Inter can’t match, even if they don’t sign him Inter will still have to match the offer in order to sign him.

  2. Let Spurs sign him. Inter will be able to buy him in 12 months time for £10m. This is Tottenham lads.
