New Bologna boss Pierpaolo Bisoli claims he is ready to spend the next five years at the club – even if an Italian giant offered him a job.

Bisoli has replaced Alberto Malesani on the Rossoblu bench after the latter joined Genoa this week.

"I have a two-year contract, but I want to create a project for the next five or six years," the tactician noted.

"Even if a big outfit came after me then I would want to stay here – if the club allow me."

Bisoli made his name with Cesena after winning them double promotion, but he was sacked by Cagliari early on this term after signing just last summer.

"I want a Bologna side with an identity, with a spirit, that goes on to the pitch and plays with pride," he continued.

"I want them to entertain and allow the fans to identify with them."

The Coach also made it clear that representing the Stadio Dall'Ara outfit should never be considered as a chore.

"You don't go out on to the field of play to just clock in, you should do so with the same joy as you did while you were a kid."
