Rafa Benitez believes the return of goalscorer Diego Milito has made the difference for Inter, but “Wesley Sneijder won't make the Final.”

The Nerazzurri thrashed Seongnam 3-0 in the Club World Cup semi-final with goals from Dejan Stankovic, Javier Zanetti and Milito.

“It was not an easy game and we faced a very pacey opponent, but did well,” said the Coach.

“Perhaps we were lacking a little sharpness, but we will improve. Diego is important for us and represents a great reference point in attack. We knew that with Milito we'd be more dangerous.”

Julio Cesar, Milito and Cristian Chivu returned from injury for this tournament, but Sneijder picked up a muscular problem in the opening minute.

“We lost him straight away, but the team moved well anyway,” added Benitez.

“I think he has a muscular strain and it's almost certain he won't be there for the Final.”

On Saturday Inter take on Congo side Mazembe for the Club World Cup Final, who caused perhaps the biggest upset in the history of the tournament by knocking out Internacional.

“The name of the opponent is unimportant. Mazembe work hard and it will not be an easy match.”
