Juventus’ Andrea Barzagli has singled out Alessio Cerci as Torino’s biggest danger ahead of the derby this weekend.

“Who do I fear? Cerci without a doubt,” the stopper said of his international teammate in an interview with Tuttosport.

“He’s doing well and we’ll have to be very alert in trying to stop his rapidity.

“When Torino counter then they can cause you damage. Juventus are going well, but the Granata have also played excellently of late.

“They are a dangerous side, they will mirror our formation, they have quick players in attack. It would be good if the Juventus players won all of their personal duels.”

Barzagli is one third of a solid defence on paper, but one which has conceded in each of their last five games.

“We are letting in a few more goals,” added the 2006 World Cup winner. “However, in the games against Copenhagen, Verona and Chievo, we gave very few chances away.

“We dominated those games. Right now we’re in a period where we concede at our first distraction. We’ve all understood that we need to remain focused for the entire match.”
