Genoa have practically agreed terms with Monaco to bring in Antonio Barreca, on loan with option to buy for around €10m, it’s reported.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the deal for the left-back is imminent and could be decided over the next few days.
The 23-year-old Italian made the move from Torino to Monaco over the summer for €10m, but made little impact at the badly struggling club.
He made eight competitive appearances, contributing one assist, but has not played at all since November 6.
