Bari have rejected claims that they have sold a 50 per cent share in Francesco Grandolfo to Italian giants Juventus.

The Old Lady were rumoured to have agreed a deal for the teenage striker, but the southern club have cooled the speculation.

"It's not true," Bari sporting director Guido Angelozzi noted. "At this time it is not our intention to sell the boy.

"The most we could do is offer an option to a club, but it is not just Juventus who want him – Fiorentina and Udinese are keen too."
