Barca ‘open Soriano talks’

It is claimed that Barcelona have opened talks to sign Villarreal and Italy midfielder Roberto Soriano.

According to Eleven Sports journalist Mateusz Swiecicki, Soriano’s family had informed him that negotiations with Barca were under way.

Soriano joined Villarreal from Sampdoria last summer and was an instant hit in La Liga, scoring 10 goals and making seven assists last season.

Swiecicki and Eleven Sports recently conducted an interview with Torino goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, who claimed his brother – Lazio’s Sergej – wanted to join Juventus.
