Sevilla sporting director Ramón Rodríguez Verdejo confirms Inter target Ever Banega “has a renewal clause”.
The Argentinian international is out of contract at the end of the season, and has been heavily linked with a move to the Nerazzurri.
“I don’t care about the rumours,” the director, commonly known as Monchi told EstadioDeportivo.

“I don’t care about the rumours,” the director, commonly known as Monchi told EstadioDeportivo.
“Banega has a contract with Sevilla, with a renewal clause if he plays a certain number of games. Ever is focused on his daily work.
“I have a great relationship with him, he’s very enthusiastic about Sevilla, about the Copa America…
“If there were these rumours about others players I’d be more worried, but with Banega I have no fear.
“If we did a ranking of motivation, Banega would be the leader of the Tour, the Giro and the Vuelta [cycling’s three grand tours].”
Monchi later clarified the clause at the Mundialito de la Integracion event.
"There's a clause in his contract where he gets a renewal if he plays over 30 games. He's only one short.
"If he plays that, he goes from having a contract with Sevilla expiring on June 30, 2016 to being bound to us until June 30, 2017."
