Balotelli was recognised by his peers yesterday evening for his efforts in the final six months of last season with the Rossoneri, as he was voted best in his position.
“I thank all my colleagues who voted for me, I am happy and I hope to do well this year and in the coming years,” Balotelli commented in acceptance.

“Those six months I had were very good. The current season? Let’s see in the end.
“The World Cup? During a competition you never know what can happen, I hope that Italy can finish first in their group.”
Balotelli was quoted by newspapers in England at the weekend as saying he would like to work with Jose Mourinho again, prompting speculation of interest from Chelsea.
“Every day they put out news about me, I am used to it. Links with PSG? No, absolutely not.”
