According to the newspaper, Nerazzurri Coach Roberto Mancini is still keen on working with the striker despite their infamous falling out when both were at Manchester City.
The Express reports that Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is targetting Saido Berahino of West Bromwich Albion in a €30m move, and will look to sell Balotelli to make room for the Englishman, as well as raise funds for the deal.
