Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli’s agent has reportedly offered him to Lazio, while a deal for Genk’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is close.
The Italy international’s agent Mino Raiola also represents new Biancoceleste signing Ricardo Kishna, and La Repubblica believes Balotelli was also discussed during talks for the Dutchman.
The report suggests that Raiola met with Lazio President Claudio Lotito and proposed a €2m loan with an option to buy for €18m.

The newspaper also believes it has been suggested that the Aquile would only be asked to pay 30% of Balotelli’s €6m per year contract with the Reds.
The capital club are also reportedly close to closing a deal for long-time target Milinkovic-Savic.
Tuttomercatoweb believe that Aquile sporting director Igli Tare is in Belgium to iron out the final details for the transfer and that it could be confirmed very soon.
