He’s been linked with Juventus and Manchester United, but Atalanta insist that Manolo Gabbiadini will remain at Atalanta.

The 20-year-old is starting to attract some of Europe’s biggest clubs after scoring 10 goals in 13 games for the Italian Under-21 side.

However, despite rarely being used by the Nerazzurri in Serie A so far during this campaign, the Bergamo club have dismissed the possibility of a January exit.

“Gabbiadini is a great talent and he’s liked by a lot of clubs,” Atalanta sporting director Gabriele Zamagna is quoted as saying.

“However, we have absolutely no intention of depriving ourselves of him. Gabbiadini will stay with us until the end of the season.

“We are counting on him and we don’t want to sell.”

Gabbiadini is a product of the Bergamo club’s youth system.
