According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Atalanta are ready to sign Everton target El Bilal Touré from Almeria regardless of Rasmus Hojlund’s move to Manchester United.

Touré is Atalanta’s priority target for next season, given that Hojlund will likely leave the Gewiss Stadium in the coming weeks.

According to Monday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Atalanta had already reached an agreement with Touré’s entourage and are now ready to strike a deal with La Liga side Almeria for more than €20m.

According to the report, La Dea are prepared to announce his signing in the coming days.

Ideally, Atalanta wanted to wait for Hojlund’s departure before signing Touré, but Everton’s interest has convinced the Nerazzurri to move quickly for their main target in attack.

Atalanta are now waiting for Manchester United’s offer for Hojlund, but PSG are also in the race. Multiple sources claim La Dea have set their asking price at €65-70m for the 20-year-old.
