Atalanta have officially loaned defender Michele Canini to Lega Pro outfit Parma.
The 31-year-old centre-back accepts a drop down two divisions to take part in the revival of formerly bankrupt Parma.
Canini completed the transfer this evening on loan to the Crociati.
He spent last term on loan at Ascoli, while there was also recently a spell at FC Tokyo.
