According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Kosovo international is seen as one of the potential replacements for Timothy Castagne next season.
The asking price is believed to be around €6m, although La Dea hope to whittle that down.
The 25-year-old came up through the Standard Liege youth academy and is under contract until June 2023.
He contributed one goal and four assists in 30 competitive games during the 2019-20 season.
