EA Sports have announced that, after consultation with Fiorentina, they will keep Davide Astori in the current squad for their FIFA 18 game.
The Viola captain died in his sleep at the age of 31.
“FIFA Community, Along with the entire football world, we are saddened by the passing of Davide Astori,” read a message on the popular video game.
“After consulting with Fiorentina since Davide’s passing, and to ensure we best honour his legacy, we will be taking the following actions:

“The max price range of Davide Astori FUT items will be reduced.
