Rumours filtering out of Italy suggest that Kristjan Asllani has asked Inter to find him a loan move in the upcoming January transfer window.

The 20-year-old Albanian midfielder joined the Nerazzurri in the summer on a loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy clause attached, adding a young and talented option to Simone Inzaghi’s squad. Asllani struggled for consistent minutes at the start of the campaign but saw a little more action following the recent injury suffered by Marcelo Brozovic.

As highlighted by TMW, Asllani is not happy with his low number of minutes at Inter this season and has asked the club to find him a club to join on loan in January, keen to see more regular action.

The 20-year-old only played 24 minutes in Serie A across the first seven games but made his first start in the 2-1 loss to Roma on October 1. That was followed up by another start in the win over Sassuolo, although he was switched out at half time. Inzaghi changed things up for the win over Salernitana, leaving him on the bench in favour of Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
