The 22-year-old made quite an impact in yesterday’s 1-0 defeat to Switzerland, providing several splendid passes and becoming captain after Lorik Cana’s red card.
According to the Star on Sunday, Arsenal were impressed by his performances in both that game and throughout the season.
The proposal on the table is believed to be worth £15m (around €19m).

Hysaj worked with Napoli Coach Maurizio Sarri at Empoli last term and followed him to the Stadio San Paolo for just €5m.
This summer the club signed Lorenzo Tonelli, a centre-back who also played with Hysaj at Empoli under Sarri.
