Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti continues to write pages in the history books for Real Madrid, winning the Copa del Rey, which is the 25th trophy of his managerial career.

The Merengues beat Osasuna 2-1 in the Final this evening with a pair of goals for Rodrygo.

It is the 20th time Real Madrid have won the Copa del Rey and two of those have been under Ancelotti, because his first trophy with the club back in 2013-14 was also this tournament.

Ancelotti is the first coach ever to win all five major European League titles in Italy, England, Spain, Germany and France, he also took the Champions League four times and will face Manchester City in the semi-final on Tuesday.

There are three Club World Cup trophies, four European Super Cups, the FA Cup, Coppa Italia, Spanish Super Cup, two German Super Cups, an Italian Supercup and the FA Community Shield in England.

He has been repeatedly linked with the Brazil job.
