Fiorentina have announced that Marcos Alonso has extended his contract until 30 June 2021.
The Spaniard’s renewal was expected after his agent told the media yesterday that an agreement had been struck.
La Viola announced the deal this morning for the 25-year-old, who has scored twice in 15 appearances for Paulo Sousa’s side this season.
“Fiorentina announce that an agreement has been reached for the contract renewal of Marcos Alonso,” read a club statement on Fiorentina’s website.
