Napoli have Allan and Kostas Manolas back to face Racing Genk in the Champions League on Wednesday, but Nikola Maksimovic is injured.
Allan has recovered from flu symptoms, while Manolas travels with the squad to Belgium after overcoming a muscle strain.
Kalidou Koulibaly will also appear against his former club, having played for Genk before his move to Napoli in 2014.
However, Maksimovic will be re-assessed in 10 days after tests showed he had suffered a thigh injury.
