Jordi Alba acknowledges “it’ll be very difficult” for Barcelona against Inter but “with the support of our crowd we can win”.

Both teams have won their opening two games in the Champions League group, so the winner of tomorrow’s match will take a big step toward the Last 16.

“We have six points, like Inter do, and it’s clear we want to top the group,” Alba confirmed in the pre-match Press conference.

“It will be very difficult to face the Nerazzurri, but with the support of our crowd we can win.”

Lionel Messi broke his arm against Sevilla, so the Argentine is out for tomorrow’s game.

“His absence affects us, because he’s a player who makes every other player better. We still have the strength to do well without him though, we just need to stay focused.

“No one player can replace him, he makes the whole team play well and we’ll just have to do our best to win without him, giving 110 per cent.

“On a personal level I feel a lot more comfortable with Leo, he makes passes and sees things others can’t see. His absence will affect everyone, not just me.”
