Kevin Malcuit’s agent has declared that ‘this must be the season when he announces himself’ for Napoli.
Malcuit became Napoli’s first-choice right-back towards the end of last season, although the 27-year-old faces competition from new arrival Giovanni Di Lorenzo this season.
“He’ll be a bit more confident this year because he already knows the club and the staff,” Bruno Satin told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“I haven’t heard anything from the club or the player in this regard. He’s never asked me anything about his future.
“He’s happy in Naples and he knows the time has come for him to become an important player for this team.”
Satin then assured the Partenopei had ‘quickly resolved’ issues with the defender’s partner after she complained about racial abuse.
“It made a bit of noise, but it was quickly resolved. There’s always one idiot and the lady took it badly, it’s normal. Social media also causes some damage.”
