The Brazilian is under contract until June 2019, but there has been talk of an improved deal after his impressive showings since signing from Udinese in the summer of 2015.
“I don’t think there will be any problems,” Claudio Vagheggi said on Radio Crc.
“Napoli are used to adjusting the contracts of their players.”
Vagheggi also discussed tomorrow’s match against Juventus.

“Without a centre-forward [Maurizio] Sarri doesn’t have many options, they should play a different style and that’s not a bad thing.
“Napoli have very technical and quick players who can cause problems for Juventus, the important thing will be to stay in the game until the end and create problems.
“Napoli have a lot of quality in attack, and at Juventus Stadium they’ll play with personality. They’ll have to be careful to limit Juventus and their counter-attacks.
“Amadou Diawara or Jorginho? It’s not easy to play in Turin, and Sarri will probably trust his more experienced players so I imagine Jorginho will be in midfield.”
