Sampdoria are “close to concluding a deal” for RNK Split centre-back Bozo Mikulic, confirmed the player’s agent.
The defender is a Croatia Under-19 international and he turned 20 in August.
“Sampdoria are a destination he appreciates and would like to join,” agent Tomislav Erceg told Sampdorianews.net.
“I think we are close to concluding a deal. We’ll see what happens over the next few days.”
Despite his tender age, Mikulic played 32 games for RNK Split last season.
