Lorenzo Insigne’s agent reaffirms his client’s desire to “stay at Napoli for life”.
The Italian international was born in Naples, and came up through the club’s youth system, and his representative says he’s willing to commit for the rest of his career.
“His contract expires in 2019 and Lorenzo Insigne has repeatedly said that he wants to stay at Napoli for life,” Antonio Ottaiano reminded Radio Crc.

“If all the prerequisites are in place for it to happen, the engagement will become a marriage. The club believes in Lorenzo, they consider him crucial to the future of Napoli.
“When we have everything in place, we’ll find a meeting point. Our intentions are for Lorenzo to stay until the end of his career, we just have to know if the other party wants the same.
“The big clubs saw Lorenzo as an exciting prospect at first, now they’re probably casting admiring glances at him.
“They’ll have to give up though, Lorenzo is a Napoli player until 2019, and not only is he happy, he wants to win in a blue shirt.”
Napoli are being tipped by many as potential Scudetto winners, and Ottaiano isn’t ruling anything out.
“Napoli aren’t just a team, they’re a group of friends and professionals who like to play football. That’s the most important thing, because when you create that link you can get results.
“I don’t know where Napoli will finish, but I do know they’ll give their all, and make it hard for everyone.”
