Milan advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic got fans guessing after he showed off a nasty cut to his head. ‘Part of the game.’
The now retired striker shared the disconcerting pictures on his Instagram, along with a message that raised even more questions.
“Part of the game.”
Rather unhelpfully, he then added a “trigger warning” after the image was shared.
It is not clear how Zlatan got the injury, which left a deep gash to the back of his head and seemingly required stitches.
The Swede still enjoys a variety of sports even after retirement, including martial arts and fishing.
He celebrated his 43rd birthday only last week.
