Juventus NextGen defender Tarik Muharemovic has been called up to the senior squad for the first time by Massimiliano Allegri for a Coppa Italia game against Salernitana.

The Bianconeri host Salernitana in a Coppa Italia Round of 16 fixture at the Allianz Stadium in Turin tonight and Allegri has called up 20-year-old centre-back Muharemovic for the first time.

Born in Ljubljana in 2003, Muharemovic has made 19 appearances with Juventus’ NextGen this season.

The likes of Moise Kean, Alex Sandro and Mattia De Sciglio are injured, while Paul Pogba and Nicolò Fagioli are suspended.
